General Terms & Conditions – Online Grocery Store

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website or mobile application, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If they do not agree, they should not use the services.

2. Registration & Account

  • Customers must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal details (name, address, contact info, etc.).
  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

  • All products listed are subject to availability.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions or errors.
  • In case a product is not available after order placement, the customer will be informed, and the item may be refunded or replaced as per policy.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed (if prepaid).
  • The store reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

5. Promotions, Offers & Coupons

    • Offers and coupons cannot be combined unless specified.
    • The store reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without notice.
    • Some offers may be valid for limited users or regions.


    6. Customer Responsibilities

    • Customers are expected to check product expiry, packaging, and quality upon delivery.
    • Misuse of services, such as repeated cancellations or fake orders, may result in account suspension.


    7. Limitation of Liability

    • The store is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by external factors (weather, strikes, technical issues).
    • The store’s maximum liability is limited to the order amount paid by the customer.






    8. Governing Law

    • These terms are governed by the laws of India (or your operating country).
    • Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of local courts where the store is registered.


  • Terms and condition for Platinum Membership Scheme


    • Platinum Membership scheme is complimentary, free to register and not compulsory to the customers so than can purchase the products online or offline at our store regularly with present  discounts and other offers.
    • Open to customers aged 18 and above.
    • Only applicable individual household consumers and not for businesses or bulk buyers.
    • Note : Purchases of Edible Oil and sugar are not eligible for benefits under Platinum Membership Scheme 

                      Or any other promotional Schemes.

    • Eligible customer must enrol in the scheme by registering through application.
    • Customer must shop grocery and other household product online or offline at our store mentioned in “Annexture - I”
    • Purchases must be made using a platinum membership’s register account and register mobile number.
    • Only purchases made through this account will be considered for the refund of entire amount.
    • Customer must remain active members and continue shopping throughout tenure to receive refund benefit.
    • Customer who stops shopping at our online or offline store for period as mentioned below may be disqualified -

             During any year of total tenure if

    •  customer fails to purchases for three                                                 consecutive months then customer will disqualify for all benefits of platinum membership scheme but -

           To remain an active member, customers are allowed  to complete their annual purchase target within any 9 months of the year.

    • The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the platinum membership scheme due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • The offer is subject to change based on business sustainability.
    • Membership is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
    • In case of registered member’s death the nominee will allow to continue membership till the end of tenure.
