Return Eligibility
You can request a return or refund if:
- You received damaged, expired, or wrong items.
- An item is missing from your order.
- Perishable items were spoiled or not up to standard upon delivery.
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Items that are opened, used, or not in original condition.
- Fresh produce and dairy after delivery unless there’s a quality issue.
- Products returned after 24 hours of delivery (unless under exceptional cases).

Refund Process
If eligible, we offer refunds in the form of:
- Store credit (wallet/coupon) for quick use.
- Original payment method (processing may take 3–7 working days depending on your bank/payment provider).

Order Cancellation
- You can cancel the order before dispatch without any charges.
- If the order is already dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- In case of non-availability of items, we will issue an automatic refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund

- Reason for return/refund
- Bank or payment details (for direct refund if applicable)

Delivery Issues
- In case of non-delivery, please notify us within 24 hours.
- If our records show successful delivery but you did not receive it, we’ll investigate thoroughly before processing any compensation.
